To our Veteran clients,
It is truly my honor to serve you. As a Veteran-owned and operated organization, this work is deeply personal to me. I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, including the war in Iraq as apart of 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and I carry that experience and respect for service into the work we do every day.
I want to take a moment to share an important reminder regarding transportation services under the VACCN program. Per VACCN guidelines, our caregivers are not permitted to provide transportation during visits authorized through this program. These are requirements we must follow to continue participating in the program and serving veterans like you.
We understand that transportation can be an important need. If you require or would like assistance, my team and I are happy to work with you to arrange transportation outside of the VACCN authorization. These services can be provided and scheduled separately from your VACCN visits.
I ask for your understanding and partnership in respecting these guidelines. Our caregivers are deeply committed to serving you and often want to help in every way they can, but it is important that they are not placed in situations that fall outside of these requirements. Following these guidelines protects you, our caregivers, and our ability to continue serving the veteran community.
If you have any questions or would like assistance coordinating transportation or other services, please contact our office. We are always here to help and will gladly work through any situation with you.
Thank you for allowing us the privilege of your care.
Respectfully,
William “David” Snyder
