William "David" Snyder, Chief Executive Officer

William “David" Snyder is a healthcare executive, business owner, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He is the Owner and CEO of Evergreen Private Care, an ACHC-accredited private duty home health organization serving twenty-one Florida counties from branches in Stuart and Ocala. Under his leadership, Evergreen has built a rigorous compliance infrastructure and a concierge standard of care, anchored by Evergreen Private Care's federally trademarked C.A.R.E. Cycle® clinical model.

Before Evergreen, David served as a Detective with the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office and as a Hostage and Crisis Negotiations Team Leader. He began his career as a Marine Corps Intelligence Analyst during Operation Iraqi Freedom.

David holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice Management and serves on several boards, including the Home Care Association of Florida and the Business Development Board of Martin County.

Karen Hilo, Chief Financial Officer

Karen Hilo, MBA, brings more than 15 years of leadership and advisory experience to her role as Chief Financial Officer at Evergreen Private Care. A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University and the University of Delaware, and a Certified Executive Coach (ACC), Karen is known for her steady, thoughtful leadership and commitment to building strong, sustainable organizations. She focuses on creating clarity and stability behind the scenes—ensuring teams are supported and caregivers can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Karen’s approach is rooted in stewardship and service. She has long been drawn to organizations that support people during meaningful and vulnerable moments, shaping her belief that while strong systems are essential, it is the people behind the work that matter most. At Evergreen, she helps position the organization for long-term success while supporting a culture where clients, families, and caregivers feel valued and confident in the care they receive.

Inez van Ravenzwaaij, Chief Business Development Officer

Inez van Ravenzwaaij serves Evergreen Private Care as Chief Business Development Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience in marketing, communications, business and economic development, philanthropy, and six years specifically in healthcare. Much of her career has been dedicated to the nonprofit sector, supporting mission-driven organizations through community engagement, workforce development, and strategic partnerships.

Inez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is a member of the Society for Health Care Strategy and Market Development, Home Care Association of Florida, and proudly serves on the Indian River State College Promise Advisory Council. She is also a graduate of the ATHENA Leadership Program and Martin County LEADERship Class 35. Originally from Canada, she has proudly called Martin County home for more than 26 years.

Kristin Munro, RN, Administrator, North Florida

Kristin Munro, RN, brings more than 16 years of healthcare experience to her role as Administrator, including 11 years as a nurse across diverse settings such as ICU, pediatrics, home health, hospice, memory care, and behavioral health. A graduate of Rasmussen University and Post University and a member of the American Nurses Association, Kristin is known for her strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and compassionate approach to complex care. She is deeply motivated by supporting patients and families through challenging moments—promoting safety, independence, and quality of life at home—while also mentoring and guiding caregivers and nurses to deliver exceptional care.

Kristin’s leadership is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a commitment to doing what is right for both clients and care teams. She is drawn to the moments where stability, trust, and thoughtful problem-solving are needed most, and considers it a privilege to serve others in this work. At Evergreen Private Care, she champions a client-centered approach grounded in Compassion, Acceptance, Respect, and Excellence—ensuring every individual feels supported, valued, and heard.

Teri Bullard, BSN, RN Administrator, South Florida

Teri Bullard, BSN, RN, brings a purpose-driven and compassionate approach to her role as Administrator at Evergreen Private Care. A graduate of the University of South Florida and Florida Atlantic University, she combines a strong foundation in business and nursing with years of hands-on experience. Inspired by her family’s values of strength, service, and integrity, Teri leads with a steady commitment to doing what is right for clients, families, and care teams, while supporting a culture of clinical excellence.

For Teri, this work is a calling. She feels especially honored to care for individuals in the later stages of life, with a deep connection to serving veterans—an influence rooted in her family’s military legacy. At Evergreen, she helps carry forward a standard of professionalism, compassion, and integrity, ensuring every client and caregiver feels supported, respected, and valued.
