At Evergreen Private Care, we believe great caregiving deserves to be recognized. Every day, our caregivers bring compassion, patience, dignity, and a willingness to make a difference to the lives of the clients we serve.
But how do we know when a caregiver is making that kind of impact? Well, we often hear it directly from our clients.
The Stories Behind the Schedule
Led by Director Jessica Bealler, our Scheduling Team is often one of the first points of contact for our clients. They take calls, coordinate schedules, and stay connected to what is happening in the homes we serve.
Those conversations aren’t always about schedules. Our clients frequently share stories about their caregivers, the caregiver who went the extra mile, noticed something wasn’t quite right, brought a little laughter to a difficult day, or consistently treated them with kindness and respect.
Jessica and her team listen to those stories and share them with the Evergreen team, helping make sure the good work happening every day doesn’t go unnoticed.

Celebrating Our Caregivers
One of the ways we celebrate exceptional caregiving is through our Evergreen Caregiver Pinning Ceremony.
Three of our caregivers were recently honored with an Evergreen Golden Pinecone, a special moment to recognize the compassion, commitment, and care they bring to our clients every day.
When a caregiver receives their Golden Pinecone, our team comes together to celebrate them and personally thank them for the caring heart they bring to their work and for living out our C.A.R.E. Values: Compassion, Acceptance, Respect, and Excellence.
It’s a simple tradition, but a meaningful one. Because behind every hour of care is a person who chose to make a difference in someone else’s life, and we believe that deserves to be celebrated.
Congratulations to Our Golden Pinecone Honorees
We are proud to recognize Frederick, Joshua, Anderson, and Ismael, who were honored last month.

Thank you for the care and compassion you bring to the clients we serve and for representing what it means to be an Evergreen caregiver.
And to Jessica and our Scheduling Team, thank you for listening to our clients and helping us recognize the caregivers who make a difference every day.
At Evergreen, caregivers are at the heart of everything we do, and when they make a difference, we want them to know it. We want everyone to know it!
